The issue of menopause, to some, is one of the worst nightmares they’ve had. This workshop explores the stages of menopause (perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause), related symptoms, and management. Menopausal stages start as early as in your 30s, and symptoms vary. Some studies have reported up to 34 symptoms of menopause, which can occur over the years of the body’s changes. It’s no wonder certain health problems have been associated with menopause stages. Risk factors are not limited to heart disease, stroke, and osteoporosis.
This is not a gender specific workshop. Men are encouraged to attend, as their informed awareness of menopause symptoms will surely make them a great support partner, father, brother, friend, grandfather, step-father, etc.

Treatment of fibroids depends on whether the woman still wants to have children or has completed child-bearing. Many treatment options are available.
