Absent vendors during the setup time or unavailable to setup 30 mins prior to the event start time shall forfeit their pre-designated booths for an alternate location. Everything required for setup is provided by vendors. Vendors must ensure their booths are manned the entire time, throughout the event. Vendors must ensure their spaces clean at the end of the event and in the same condition as the vendor found it. Due to safety reasons and to prevent accidents or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a festival official. While the event is going on, booths cannot be packed-up and “walked-out”. For that reason, no vehicles will be allowed on the event’s grounds. Vendors are allowed to proudly display company banner(s) and signage to identify their business. Vendors will be able to sell their merchandise and are responsible for reporting sales tax. Setup start time is typically 2 hours before the event start-time and break down is an hour after the event end-time. Look out for detailed information regarding each event segment, including event Show Booth Layout. The event show booth layout will be mailed at least two weeks prior to the event date. This layout is predicated on the number of selected vendors.
